Understanding Discipline

  • Learning how to teach new believe systems

Correcting Problem Behaviors

  • Learning what is the difference between discipline and punishment and how to teach new behaviors

Training Level 2 – 6 hours

Grief and Loss

  • Understanding the process of grief and loss

Understanding Child Abuse

  • Discover causes and outcomes of child abuse

Crisis Issues

  • Learning low level cues and appropriate interventions

Training Level 3 – 6 hours

Common Clinical Terminology

  • Understand common clinical diagnosis of children in foster care

Understanding Attachment

  • Discover difference between healthy attachment vs. compromised attachment

Attachment Parenting Techniques

  • Teaching parenting skills for parenting kids with attachment difficulties

Training Level 4 – 4 hours

Medication Protocol

  • Trained on proper medication protocol in your home

Foster Parent Manual

  • Learning the policies, procedures, and regulations
