Intensive Treatment Foster Care Program (I.T.F.C.P.)

In addition to the pre-certification classes, the following training is required:

NAI Initial Staff Training (10 hours)

Orientation to our agency and the population of children that we serve

P.A.R.T. (16 hours)

Professional Assault Response Training, Crisis De-escalation and physical response

Drivers Safety (6 hours)

A course approved by the state to prepare and educate staff to prevent or handle on road crisis

Working with Culture (6 hours)

A course to prepare, educate and sensitize individuals to potential cultural issues from hygiene to counseling implications

These classes are offered monthly. Call for a current training schedule.
